I had a new Ibis 4 fitted to our Jayco Sterling 2008 pop top. The after sales service from them was brilliant. When there was a minor issue with the fan it was fixed the next day without issue and since we had the air conditioner installed it has been a game changer with the ambient temperature inside the van. I highly recommend them for all your repairs and modifications

I came to Dario's after hearing of their good reputation. Ended up overcharging for the job and workmanship was less than average in some areas. They have no answers for legitimate questions. Will not recommend to others. Very disappointed.

We just purchased a new SRC19 Snowy River from Darios, St Mary's. Right from the first handshake Neil couldn't do enough for us. He accommodated all of our requests, ensured it matched our budget and worked in with our tight timeline. After purchase Ross took us through handover and answered all our amateur questions with detail and patience. Nothing was too much trouble to explain. After purchase, we needed a few things adjusted and Craig came to our Caravan Park after work the following day to adjust things. He needed the tools in the workshop to finish it off and so he booked us in on the Monday morning first thing. We then left Monday afternoon for our lap of Australia. We cannot praise these guys enough for their honesty, professionalism and how well they looked after us. Great job Guys

We found Dario to be exceptional in regards to customer service. Very friendly, they follow through in a timely manner and the follow up is fantastic - we never had to chase for information. Our job was an insurance based repair and we also paid to have items installed: Maxx Fan, new fridge and new tap. David has been fantastic in communication and really looked after us. Highly recommend this business.

Not a fan. Staff are often dismissive and rude. I bought a number of items recently, and needed to swap over a different t size of some $5 connections I bought to another size. They wouldn’t do it because I didn’t have a receipt, even though I wasn’t asking for a refund and they weren’t going to be out of pocket. Places and service like this is why buying online is so much easier. I have since spent many many $1,000’s on van parts in my build, and they missed out on all of it.
